These terms apply to anyone visiting or using xrp.direct. By using the site, you agree to them.

These terms do not remove any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

What XRP SEND GATE does

XRP SEND GATE is a non-custodial pay-per-view service for creators on the XRP Ledger. We never hold anyone's money.

When a reader unlocks content, XRP goes straight from the reader's wallet to the creator's wallet, less a 1% platform fee. The platform fee is disclosed before every payment.

Payments are final

Payments on the XRP Ledger cannot be reversed. If you unlock content by mistake, contact the creator directly — the platform cannot refund a completed payment.

For creators

You are responsible for the content you sell: that you own or have the right to sell it, that it is lawful, and that it complies with Australian law.

We may disable a creator's access if their content or use of the service breaks these terms.

For readers

Unlocked content is provided by creators, not by XRP SEND GATE. We do not control, review or endorse it, and we make no promises about its quality, accuracy or availability.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, the content you unlock.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
